Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Grossman was an Attorney-Advisor to the Special Master for Executive Compensation at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Ahead of attending law school, Mr. Grossman aided as Special Assistant to the Chairperson of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Mr. Grossman acquired a B.A. in History and Communication, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in opposition to the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. He received his J.D. in 2005 from Yale Law School, in which he served as a notes expansion editor of the Yale Law Journal, a Coker Fellow, and president of the Yale chapter of the American Constitution Culture.
From 2005-2006, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. From 2006-2007, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Guido Calabresi on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2008-2009, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Grossman is a member of the Maryland Bar.
